  • What payment methods do you offer?
    As of right now, we use PayPal, IDeal and credit card.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    That depends on the item you bought. Everything is made by hand so please note that it will not be as fast as other stores. Contact us for further shipping time questions.
  • How do I contact customer support?
    You can click on the message icon on the bottom right of every page. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. You can also contact for your questions and inquiries.
  • Are alterations or customizations available?
    Please contact or use the quick chat icon on the bottom left of every page, so we can discuss the possibilities.
  • How can I stay updated on new collections?
    As of right now, we don’t have a newsletter you can subscribe to. You can check this website every once in a while or follow our instagram page. This is linked in the menu above.
  • Do you have a physical store where I can try on the garments?
    No. You can however make an appointment to visit our atelier in Rotterdam.
  • How do I care for my Rosalie Key garments?
    Our care instructions can be found at the bottom of every page.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days. Please note that we make everything by hand and that the waiting time can be longer than expected.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes

    Yes, sustainability is important to us. We strive to use eco-friendly materials and practices in our manufacturing process.

    Our sizing chart is available with every product you click on to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the chart for accurate sizing guidance.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
